The diving center at Viva Wyndham Dominicus Beach and Viva Wyndham Dominicus Palace resorts, is located directly opposite the beach.
A tour that begins with a 10 to 30 minute boat ride, takes you to the most spectacular places to dive or snorkel. With dives ranging from 40 to 60 feet for amateurs,
and from 70 to 80 feet for the more daring.

Training & Certifications
Immerse yourself in the ocean world with Viva Diving, a Five Star PADI Gold Palm organization. With services designed to suit all divers, from experienced to beginners. Being passionate about diving, their properties have a PADI 5-Star team that will accompany you though the unique selection of diving scenarios.
PADI Discover Scuba Diving Course
Is a half-day course consisting of a theory lesson, a class in the pool and a dive into the sea (using a tank). The equipment is included.
PADI Diving Diver Course![]()
Covers two half-days, including three theory lessons, two lessons in the pool and two dives into the sea. Diver certification and all equipment is included.
SSI or PADI Open Water Diver Course
With a duration of three days, three theory lessons, three lessons in the pool and four dives in the sea. Diver certification and all equipment is included.
Divers can choose from a selection of dive trips to the reefs. They can also rent all the necessary equipment (buoyancy compensator, mask and fins, regulator and wetsuit) at the Viva Diving Center .
Viva Diving also offers guided tours to Catalina, Saona and Catalinita islands .
