Register for one of the courses offered by GRIGRI Divers, its modern equipment and facilities and the experience of professional trainers will allow you to become certified in the programs PADI or TDI / SDI. You can dive at great depths or simply observe the marine life, you choose.

SDI Skin Diver Course - This course is designed to give students the skills necessary to safely snorkel in conditions similar to training without the supervision of an instructor. Graduates may enroll in the SDI Diver Openwater to continue their diving education and experience.

SDI Scuba Discovery Program - The discovery of diving program is designed to give students an introductory perspective of diving in a controlled environment under the direct supervision of the instructor. The program takes people who want to try scuba diving, but are unsure whether they want to take a full certification course on their first dive. Students receive an introduction to basic diving equipment and diving techniques, followed by a dip in the local marine environment.

SDI Future Buddies Program - The new future friends program, is an innovative course designed to introduce children between 8 and 9 years to the diving experience, in a controlled environment under the direct supervision of an instructor. Children have the opportunity to learn how to breathe underwater in the pool. The instructor will explain topics such as: The history of diving, scuba equipment and marine life.

SDI Dive Progam inactive - inactive divers program designed to review and upgrade the skill level and knowledge of a person who has not dived in a year. The program can be taught by an instructor or assistant instructor.

SDI Open Water Scuba Diver - an entry-level certification designed to give students the skills necessary to safely conduct open water dives in conditions similar to their training without the direct supervision of a instructor. The course covers basic knowledge: The team, physiology and the marine environment, while the student is formed on the basic exercises under water.

SDI Advanced Diver Development Progam - created to make truly advanced level dives, with the old way of training a student, who can take a course in  Advanced Diver immediately after an Open Water Scuba Diver with only a total of 9 dives all under the direct supervision of an instructor. The SDI Advanced Diver requires a new Open Water student with 4 new SDI specialties or equivalent, plus they should have a minimum of 25 dives. SDI believes that a diver is actually advanced only after performing these workouts.

SDI Solo Diver Course - one of SDI's most popular courses, the solo diver program teaches experienced recreational diver to dive safely regardless of the presence of a diving buddy. The course goes over proper dive planning and accident prevention, as well as the benefits, hazards and proper procedures for diving solo.

Rescue Diver Course - The rescue certification course is designed to develop individual skills and knowledge to effectively carry out rescue and diving assistance and administer first aid. Students are taught techniques such as: how to conduct the rescue, recognize and calm potential panic divers, and administer necessary first aid to victims.

SDI Dive Master Course - designed to develop individual skills and knowledge necessary for certified divers in an open water environment. Upon completion graduates may assist instructors during diving courses and supervise and conduct dives with certified divers. This course trains candidates to have leadership level, skills and expertise

Getting a certifiction will ensure the fun of exploring coral reefs, pre-hispnic undertawer caves, shipwrecks and schools of fish.

GriGri offers several tours. Join us for an all-day excursion to Catalinita Island to dive 40 meters off The Wall (La Pared, a typical coral garden and one of the most attractive dive sites in the Dominican Republic. Afterwards, a short tipo to the Fish Tank, or Aquarium, at 12 meters, a wonderful site for beginners with a variety of colorful fishes and corals.
