Continually recognized by golf experts as one of the top 50 courses in the world, Teeth of the Dog, is located in the heart of Casa de Campo .
Its 18 holes are a visual wonder, not only for players but for those who contemplates from sidelines. Defined by its creator, Pete Dye, as "an act of love" and a once-in-a lifetime experience, as its creation meant overcoming obstacles such as the inclemencies of the terrain and the lack of specialized machinery.
The course features seven holes facing the dramatic coastline; four of which are among the front nine, and three on the back. The course is considered to be de fiant due to the nature of its turf and strong sea breezes.

Opened in 1975, it is the second golf course designed by Pete Dye at Casa de Campo. This course has been compared to traditional British and Scottish courses.
Birds wading across several lakes and lagoons, between tall bay rough and sand traps, stage the landscape of this field. This course has been deemed as ruthless by amateurs, and defiant by champions. Its breathtaking vistas of the Caribbean only rival the popularity shared with Teeth of the Dog, also located on the grounds of Casa de Campo.
